How can I track my order?
Unfortunately we do not send out tracking information unless requested. Please email email@example.com with your name and order number and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
How do I exchange/refund my order?
Sorry there is no return policy as of now. However if you receive the wrong item or your items are damaged we will happily refund or replace your item if we are notified within 14 days. Please make sure the item is in unworn condition. GetLostPerv is NOT responsible for errors made on your part.
Intimates are not eligible for returns or refunds unless the products arrive damaged. If returned, they must be in completely new, unworn condition. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any specific questions. Please have your order number ready and we will try our best to make sure you are smiling.
Wrong delivery address can I fix this?
If you notify us within 12 hours with your correct shipping info you should be good. The sooner the better as we try to get your orders processed as quickly as possible. For packed already shipped with incorrect/incomplete addresses where the package is undeliverable or "Returned to Sender", we reserve the right to charge you for additional shipping costs that may occur. Email us at email@example.com.
Package never arrived!?
If your package has yet to arrive please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number. We will look into the issue for you. Once the package leaves our hands it's out of our control, meaning if the package shows "Delivered" on our end you need to reach out to your local post to see what they did with it. We will not be held accountable for lost or stolen goods anymore. To avoid this ever happeneing to you please double check your address before submitting.
Do you ship internationally? How much does it cost?
Yes. International orders are sent via United States Postal, First Class. Please allow 9-14 days for Canada and Europe, 2-4 weeks for Australia and everywhere else. We are NOT responsible for additional customs fees. Please check with your local post office for more information as many times, they get held up at customs. As for international shipping costs those are automatically calculated at checkout for you.
